A new apartment project is being developed just 2 and a half miles from the Shaker Larchmere Corridor next to Cleveland Clinics main campus .The project by Inspirion Group of Cleveland is just off of Chester Avenue on East 90th Street. The development to be named Addis View Apartments will be completed in 4 phases will be built on several parcels of land. In all over 400 apartment units will be constructed. At least 8 older buildings and one house were demolished over the last month in order to begin construction.
