Work crews have returned to the North Park Place condominium project located on the northern edge of the Larchmere Neighborhood around 2 weeks ago. The project is expected add 33 new housing units to the area will offer 8 different floor plans for the new home owners. An incentive offered by Greater Circle Living Inc will also give potential owners up to $30,000 in forgivable loans to use when purchasing one of homes and eligible home owners are also offered a 100% 15 year tax abatement.
