Construction is continuing at breakneck speed on the 121 Larchmere Apartment building. It looks like the side facing East 121st will be wood frame whereas the side facing Larchmere will be made primarily steel framed. It should be noted that the Larchmere side will also have a commercial tenant on the first floor. We will continue to post construction pictures during the building process.
